Kerrang! is a rock music magazine published by Bauer Consumer Media in the United Kingdom, Its first successful period was in 2000 with the Nu metal genre, kerrang has also had many other successful period since as it one of the most popular rock magazines.
The Bauer Consumer Media who headquarters are in Hamburg, Germany and run two of the biggest selling magazines in the world Kerrang, Q magazine.

Metal Hammer is one of the biggest metal music magazines published in the UK outselling Kerrang and NME it publishers are Future plc. Future plc is a media company; in 2006, it was the sixth-largest in the United Kingdom. It publishes more than 150 magazines founded in 1985 and with a headquarters in Bath it publishes it magazines in the UK and USA e.g metal hammer  they also use other media such in television

NME is a music magazine in the United Kingdom, published weekly since March 1952. It was the first British paper to include a singles chart. In the 1970s it became the best-selling British music magazine. The publisher is IPC Media who's headquarters in London and they mainly forces on magazines such as NME and comics, they have sold over 350 million magazines

But with out the printing press most mass produced magazine/news papers wouldn't be possible. The first printing press was invented by Johannes Genfleish a German goldsmith in the 1400's, and that started a printing revaluation

 Then in the 19th century many citys in the USA and UK published many news papers but most was shaped by cultral diffrances. Then in the 20th centry there came a higher quality of printing with most news paper publisers using a four-color processor offset printing, and with modoren Pc's using microsoft word and with better photography techology. making modern news papers with coloured images and better fonts one of the biggest and oldest media's in the world.
